ANAND'S RESIDENCE WITH PERFORATED METAL SHEET FACADE

Old, wasted metal sheets have been used to create a facade which will create a drama of light in the interiors. This also helps to provide sun light for the Bamboo of courts. Old Palmyra rafters used to prevent harsh Western sun light. It filters light for the 22' high temple tree inside.

This is an office building at Mint street in a tight plot. The site faces Western side. Design solutions have been done to cut off the Western sun. New materials like packing wood, aluminum louvers, glass and granite have been used in a contemporary manner.
