Hospitals-Our Scope and Services

Our Architectural Consultancy, Scope of Services at Various stages are as follows:

SCHEMATIC DESIGN

Develop scheme design from approved outline taking into consideration all Client's requirements, statutory and regulatory requirements and other Consultants.

Liaise with other Consultants.

Advise Client of consequences of design, any subsequent changes, alternatives and materials on both cost and timetable of project.

Prepare updated cost estimates.

Ongoing advice in relation to materials, building methods, 'constructability' and availability.

Ongoing advice in relation to furniture, fittings and fixtures including costing, lead times for manufacture, etc.

Advise Client on need and cost for design prototypes, special displays, models.

Present the design to the Client and obtain approval from Client for design and authority to proceed to the next stage.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Develop drawings for approval from relevant Authority and Utility providers.

Develop detail design documents and specifications including coordination of Consultants.

Advise Client on methods of construction, material quality and revisions of cost and timetable estimates.

Make all necessary applications to regulatory authorities and utility providers necessary for the project.

Obtain Client's approval to detailed design and authority to proceed to next stage.

SCHEDULE OF ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANCY SERVICE - STAGES

Stage I :
Requirement formulation conceptual sketches, site planning, detailed discussions with the client, measured drawings of the site and existing structures, sketch scheme drawings.

Stage I I :
Detailed scheme drawing preparation (to assist the Corporation Liaison to prepare the Corporation drawing for submission for Corporation approval)

Stage I I I :
Presentation drawings & working drawings, Preparation of Ground floor, first floor, Second floor (if any), sections and elevations.

Stage I V : Construction Drawings.
Plan showing column sizes, brick walls, doors and windows start the construction at site.

Stage VI I :

Stage VI I I:
Plumbing works, electrical works, plastering works - inside and outside, fixing of windows, ventilators and doors, plastering bands and grooves, handrails, entrance step details, lobby details, sample coloring, final coloring etc.,

THIS IS A RESIDENCE DONE FOR A WONDERFUL COUPLE,MRS GEETHA AND D.MURALI,IN AN HALF GROUND PLOT NEARER TO BEACH,KOTTIVAKKAM,THIRUVANMYUR.

THEY AND THEIR TWO CHILDREN WANTED A CONTEMPORARY HOUSE . ALL THEIR REQUIREMENTS ARE NICELY FITTED BY THE USE OF VARIOUS LEVELS

interesting room with in a room , a new attempt has been tried to create spaces for two people to live in a single large space but a t the same time have their privacy,different lighting conditions,etc

mrs &dr hari haran s residence at adyar




clinic and residence in a  tight residential property in adyar.
the concept is to provide comfortable living for the elderly parents andyounger  brother in the ground floor , dr hari s in the mezzanine and first floor.... his consultation clinic in the basement
a small court links all these three levels..vertical two storey and three storey spaces are used to bring the family together
a receive ,raised lawn,a gate way   and stone steps lead one to the entry of the house
