this multi storied [non information techonology] building 2.75 f.s.i ,is located in a narrow stretch of land abutting 100 feet road,koyembedu,chennai..

it is designed as a signature and a landmark building...
it has 9 floors of office spaces, car parking at the stilt level, the terrace will have landscaped gardens with cafeteria and recreational activities for the office users

a large public plaza and grand inclined gateways are at the entry
one climbs the broad flight of steps to reach the three storied entrance foyer..

the inclined massing generates high degree of dynamism and interest for the street and office users

the elevated front plaza provides a casual setting for the younger generation to wait for their friends before and after office hours

lunch breaks can be made enjoyable under the shdes the tall trees which will be planted soon

good efforts are made to break away from the conventional alco panel facade creations

satisfactory architectural exercises ,although lot could be done

but ,we will do some more if time permits
