Office Building cum pent house at Mylapore, Chennai is a narrow propoerly in which attempt has been done to accomodate two floors of office spaces which can be rented out and the personal pent house can be used by Dr.Krishnan & Family when they visit India.
The pent house has large long balconies overlooking the sea size. This helps them to relax in the evening with cool sea breeze. The ground floor has a reception lounge surrounded by lush green courts. There is a suspended portico from compound wall making a unique feature.
